# Unassign a mailbox from a campaign

> Removes one mailbox from the campaign's assignment (the mailbox itself is kept). If it was the last assigned mailbox the campaign falls back to all active workspace mailboxes. A missing or non-numeric mailbox_id does nothing.

**Minimum role:** `edit` (`x-min-role`). **Destructive:** `false` (`x-destructive`).
