# Limits

> Caps on list sizes and bulk calls.

Free while in early access. No card needed.

There's no request rate limit set on the API today. Sending volume is controlled the same way as in the app: each mailbox's daily limit, the campaign's sending window and the gaps between sends.

## Caps on individual calls

| Call | Cap |
| - | - |
| `GET /campaigns/{campaign_id}/leads/list` | Page size 10 to 200 |
| `GET /mailboxes/list` | Page size 10 to 1,000 |
| `GET /inbox/threads` | 500 threads, with a `truncated` flag |
| `GET /crm` | 60 cards per column (the count is the real total) |
| `GET /analytics` | Date range up to 365 days |
| `POST /campaigns/{campaign_id}/leads/csv` | Error list capped at 100, with `total_errors` |
| `POST /testing/send` | 100 recipients |
| `POST /mailboxes/connect-microsoft-tenant` | 100 addresses per call |
| `POST /mailboxes/{mailbox_id}/tags` | 20 tags per mailbox, 40 characters each |

Each endpoint's page in the [API reference](https://docs.salessequencer.com/api-reference/account/who-am-i.md) lists its own rules.
