Run an inbox placement test
For each mailbox in mailbox_ids, sends ONE real email to every enabled seed (never to itself), spun from the Testing template unless subject/body are given, with a reference code on the last line. Seeds are read every 30s; anything not found after 15 minutes is missing. Test sends are not campaign sends (no send_log rows). All mailboxes in one call form one run: every test gets run_id = the first test id.
Minimum role: edit (x-min-role). Destructive: true (x-destructive).
